Business may come to those who do not prospect

There is no real competition in business simply because most people are not really trying.  Therefore, your best competition will come from within, as will your best motivation.

Start doing something. The answers will come to you in due course.  Most all of us don’t get everything right all the time, but if you don’t try you will never get anything right.

Leadership is about balance. Sometimes you have to be firm and sometimes you have to have fun.  You must develop a sense as to what is the best way to lead, in different situations.

Business may come to those who don’t prospect…but only the business left over by those who do.  You need to be doing prospecting of some sort, preferably several ways, if you want to generate good business
